Modes of Payment

You can choose between the following modes of payment: 

Pre-Payment by Bank (please await our Order Confirmation that shows stock availability and shipping costs before you pay!)

If you choose Pre-Payment please transfer the invoice amount to our account at the Post Bank,

Please do not forget to include your order number. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt and if available UPS picked up the same day with us.

Payment by PayPal (please await our Order Confirmation that shows stock availability and shipping costs before you pay!)
Please choose in the ordering process the PayPal payment. After completing the purchase, you can transfer the amount to our
PayPal Account: uwannags@swd.de after you have logged in to your PayPal account, or give us your Paypal account so we can send you a PayPal invoice.

No matter where you use PayPal, your bank or credit card information is always stored securely at PayPal. They are not sent in the payment to the seller. Paying with PayPal is free for you. PayPal is a reliable provider of secure and direct online payments. The money will be credited to us and your order will be processed quickly. Cash on Delivery
You pay the invoice amount directly to the deliverer. UPS charges in addition to the COD amount a deposit fee of at least 5.90, - €. or 1% of the amount collected.

Cash on Delivery by Pick up
You can also pick up the items you ordered from us Carl-Zeiss-Strasse 3, 25451 Quickborn). Please note our warehouse opening times (Monday - Thursday from 09.00 - 18.00 clock and Friday from 09.00 - 16.00 clock) and arrange an appointment with us, so we can deliver your order in time. Naturally we don't charge you the listed shipping fees of the order confirmation.

Other
Please do not send cash or checks. We can not accept any liability for loss. New customers can pay depending on credit up to a certain credit limit. To hedge the credit risk, we reserve, according to the respective credit rating, cash on delivery or prepayment by Bank or Paypal.

Creditworthiness
For purposes of credit assessment and monitoring your personal data may be forwarded to the Schufa Neuss during the duration of the relationship.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping to the following options:

- UPS our daily standard carrier (Standard, Expedited, Express Saver, Express and Express Plus)
- DHL (Paket, Package, Express, on request)
- Fedex (on request)
- Collect (shipping with your own carrier account)
- Email (Software and Licenses)

Usual way, we send the best shipping rates. If you have special (tariff-) requests, please let us know, for example in the message field during thre order process.

Collection
You can also pick up the items you ordered from us (Carl-Zeiss-Strasse 3, 25451 Quickborn). Please note our warehouse opening times (Monday - Thursday from 09.00 - 18.00 clock and Friday from 09.00 - 16.00 clock) and arrange an appointment with us, so we can deliver your order in time.
