PC-Karten in allen Formaten für alle Protokolle

Die PC-Karten Familie cifX bietet dem Anwender einen einheitlichen Standard für alle am Markt vorhandenen Real-Time-Ethernet- und Feldbus-Systeme für die PC-basierte Automatisierung.

Der gesamte Protokollstack wird auf der PC-Karte abgewickelt und der Datenaustausch zum Host erfolgt per Dual-Port-Memory oder DMA (Direct Memory Access). Dank der einheitlichen Hilscher-Plattformstrategie nutzen alle PC-Karten die gleichen Treiber und Tools - unabhängig von Protokoll und Kartenformat. Ein Protokollwechsel erfolgt schnell und einfach durch Aufspielen einer passenden, ladbaren Firmware. Über einen Drehschalter kann bei den PCI- und PCI Express-Varianten die Kartenzuordnung einfach und zuverlässig eingestellt werden. Darüber hinaus sind Sonderbauformen, wie z. B. mit integriertem NVRAM, 2-Kanalkarten oder abgesetzter Netzwerkschnittstelle erhältlich.

Ein komplettes Softwarepaket ist immer im Lieferumfang enthalten. Dieses besteht aus einem FDT-basierten Konfigurations-Tool (IEC Standard) für alle Produkte und Netzwerke, ladbaren Firmwaren, Dokumentation sowie einem Treiber-Toolkit.

Durch den eigenen Netzwerk-Controller netX ist eine 10-jährige Liefergarantie gewährleistet.

The cifX PC card family offers the user a unified standard supporting all Real-Time Ethernet and fieldbus systems for PC-based automation.

The entire protocol stack is processed on the PC card. The process data exchange with the host is executed via Dual-Port-Memory or DMA (Direct Memory Access). Thanks to the uniform Hilscher platform strategy, all PC cards use the same drivers and tools, irrespective of protocol and card format. Communication protocols can be changed easily by loading the appropriate firmware. A rotary switch allows a simple and reliable slot assignment of the PCI and PCI Express card types. Moreover, special types are available, e.g. with integrated NVRAM, 2-channel cards or detached network interface.

A complete software package is always included within the scope of delivery. This package consists of an FDT-based configuration tool (IEC standard) for all products and networks, loadable firmware, documentation, and a driver tool kit.

Due to the Hilscher network controller netX, a 10-years delivery guarantee is granted.
