4101 SeaLINK+232: Ethernet to 1Port RS-232

The PIO-48.PCI provides 48 channels of buffered drive digital I/O emulating 8255 mode zero, which can be utilized for PC based control and automation of equipment including sensors, switches, security control systems, and other industrial automation systems. Optional pull up resistors are available providing a known state power up condition.
The PIO-48.PCI board contain 6 groups of eight-bit I/O ports, configurable as inputs or outputs to suit the automation task. The mode of each of the ports is user selectable as inputs or outputs by simply writing a control word to the port register. This gives the user the ability to customize the combination of inputs and outputs as needed.
The low order port of the first bit can be set to generate an interrupt for status monitoring applications. A special factory configured interrupt feature allows the user to request conditional I/O combinations for interrupt generation. When the I/O combination occurs, a hardware interrupt is triggered.

4803 SeaLINK+8.ULTRA: Ethernet to 8 Port RS-232/422/485
The SeaLINK 4803 Ethernet to serial server is the easiest way to connect RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 serial devices to your Ethernet network. SeaLINK® products use industry standard RFC 2217 TCP/IP protocol for maximizing compatibility with the widest range of applications and devices. Sealevel's SeaLINK software drivers and utilities make installation and operation easy using Windows 98SE, 2000, XP and Vista operating systems. After software installation, the 4803's serial ports appear as virtual COM ports to the host machine. Standard serial operating calls are transparently redirected to the 4803, guaranteeing compatibility with legacy serial devices and enabling backward compatibility with existing software. Serial tunneling is also supported, allowing two native serial devices to communicate over a network. Alternatively, raw data socket mode is supported, eliminating the need for a driver. Each port can be individually configured as RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485.	´
