The Xtreme/FP board uses the small module form factor of the FeaturePak specification. It is designed to add four high speed serial ports to your FeaturePak compatible baseboard or single board computer. It also allows you to use 16 bits of custom configurable digital I/O to expand functionality, control and communicate to different devices. Xtreme/FP can be used for a wide range of embedded applications.

• PCI Express UART

• 256 bytes of transmit and receive FIFO buffers

• Automatic hardware and software flow control

• Speeds of up to 1Mbps

• 16 digital IO or timer/counter functionality (5V or 3.3V selectable)

• Primary and secondary FeaturePak IO groups utilized
