SNAP-PS5-24DC SNAP Power Supply, 24 VDC input, 5 VDC output

The SNAP-PS5-24DC power supply (24 VDC input) can provide 5 VDC power for loads up to 4 amps. This DC-to-DC
power supply requires a 24 VDC input and is ideal for systems using DC backup power. The SNAP-PS5-24DC is a
compact, sturdy supply that includes a built-in fuse, an LED status indicator, and an ON/OFF power switch for ease of
use.
 
The SNAP-PS5-24DC provides 5 VDC power for a SNAP PAC rack with an I/O processor (SNAP PAC brain or R-series
controller) and I/O modules mounted on the rack.
 
NOTE: The SNAP-PS5-24DC is also compatible with SNAP Ultimate, SNAP Ethernet, and SNAP Simple brains, with other
SNAP brains such as the serial B3000, and with legacy controllers such as the SNAP-LCSX that require 5 VDC. The
SNAP-PS5-24DC power supply (24 VDC input) can provide 5 VDC power for loads up to 4 amps. This power supply is
compatible with SNAP PAC R-series, SNAP Ethernet, SNAP Ultimate, and SNAP Simple I/O units, as well as serial
controllers and brains.
 
For example, the SNAP-PS5-24DC power supply can provide power for: (1) a SNAP Ethernet brain, a SNAP mounting
rack, and control power for I/O modules; or (2) a SNAP-LCSX or SNAP-LCSX-PLUS controller, a B3000 brain, a SNAP
mounting rack, and control power for up to eight digital and eight analog SNAP I/O modules. The power supply can be
panel-mounted, or it can be DIN-rail mounted using the optional adapter (SNAP-PSDIN).
