| The 7104S PCI serial interface provides one RS-232 serial port capable of data rates to 460.8K bps. The board utilizes a 16C850 UART to provide 128-byte Tx/Rx FIFOs for maximum reliability in data intensive applications. The 7104S implements all modem control signals and is Universal Bus (3.3V and 5V) compatible. Ordering options allow the choice of UARTs for custom baud rates and 9-bit protocols. The 7104S ships with a standard size PCI bracket to allow installation in a full size PCI slot. If you have a low profile PCI slot, order item# 7104. |
