Real-time log-file generation
The Cascade TextLogger is a program that gathers information from the Cascade DataHub and stores it in an ASCII formatted file on disk. The structure and format of the ASCII file is completely configurable and the out put files can be used in analysis programs on any platform. Other programs can send data to the Cascade TextLogger by linking the API library and calling the appropriate function calls.

  • Provides timestamps in GMT or local time, and a wide variety of time formats for output.
  • Gives you control over timestamp resolution when logging multiple points.
  • Lets you insert text into a log, file, or stdout during run-time.
